NNRF, Inc. Completes Rigorous Independent Testing of Power Quality Equipment in Tartarstan

MOSCOW, October 4, 2007 -- NNRF, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NNRI.PK)  reported today that, following three months of rigorous independent scientific testing by Kazan State University which compared Power Quality (``PQ'') equipment to other top brands, PQ technology (distributed by NNRF in the Russian Federation) was found to be superior in its ability to protect electrical equipment and actively filter out the unwanted high frequency noise generated in powerlines by modern digital and electrical equipment in industrial, commercial and residential facilities. This now establishes the ability of NNRF for the sale and placement of PQ equipment throughout government and private facilities in the Republic of Tartarstan.

Prior testing conducted during 2006 in both government and private facilities in the Russian Federation led to the request of the Tartarstan government to request testing in its government facilities. Initial testing focused on determining levels of electrical surges, spikes and high frequency noise at TatInvstGrazhdanProject (``TGP'') -- the central design, survey, research and construction company for the Republic of Tartarstan, one of the fastest-growing economies and most powerful industrial regions in the former Soviet Union. As is the case in most modern facilities with digital equipment, excessive surges, spikes and high frequency noise (which reduce the life-span of equipment and can cause equipment malfunction and even destruction) were found in the electrical lines at the facility.

NNRF's sub-distributor for its power quality products in Tartarstan, Stroykomplektinvest (``SKI''), subsequently installed multiple units to protect the electrical equipment within TGP, and provide clean power through its proprietary low-pass power quality filtration system. However, prior to recommending use of the equipment in governmental facilities throughout Tatarstan, independent verification of the technology's efficacy was required at Kazan State University (KSU). After three additional months of monitoring the performance of the power quality units, KSU noted a substantive decrease in high frequency noise in the facility's electrical lines -- close to zero. In addition, no noticeable problems with surges or spikes were detected in electrical equipment in the facility demonstrating the PQ equipment's protective abilities.

NNRF's sub-distributor, SKI, will be meeting with representatives from KSU and TGP to discuss the results of the testing during the first half of October, after which NNRF anticipates commencement of the installation of PQ equipment in government facilities throughout the Republic of Tatarstan.

In a separate development, Russia's fourth largest airport, Vnukovo, has expressed its interest in using PQ equipment. The airport, located in Moscow and currently being upgraded into one of Russia's largest and most important international travel hubs between Europe and Asia, is evaluating the purchase and installation of PQ units to protect its facilities and ensure the uninterrupted operation of its state-of-the art electronic equipment.

NUCON-RUS, a wholly owned subsidiary of NNRF, will conduct further negotiations with officials from Vnukovo during the first half of October to determine where NNRF will take measurements of the facility's power quality; install the initial test units; and discuss a stage-by-stage installation of units throughout the airport facilities.
